Dr. Mahmoud Ektefaie, DMD, MSc, FRCD(C)
Certified Specialist in Endodontics
Dr. Ektefaie obtained his DMD degree from University of British Columbia in 2003. After three years of general practice in North Vancouver, he moved to Philadelphia where he received his certificate in Endodontics in 2008 and MSc in Oral Biology in 2009 from Temple University.
Dr. E (as some patients prefer to call him) is a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) , the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), Fellow of College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia FCDS(BC) and Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada FRCD(C). He also serves as a clinical instructor to the undergraduate dental students and graduate endodontics residents at the UBC Faculty of Dentistry.
